Although great strides have been made in automating the operations of the enterprise, the needs of management and the associated management processes have been sorely neglected. This has left automation of key management processes in the hands of individual managers and has caused a series of fundamental disconnects within the enterprise.
In this session, we will discuss the historical context and driving forces behind performance management, how it is different from and complements BI and how it can begin to move the enterprise forward through the establishment of a more modern "management system".
